Neona (CEO Nam Seok-woo) announced on the 31st that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Medirama (CEO Moon Han-rim) on the 29th. The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in the development of new drugs and clinical trials between the two companies, and aims to promote joint development based on business development partnerships.
Medirama is a company specializing in new drug development and clinical trial consulting, providing early clinical strategy establishment and corporate-tailored advisory services to pharmaceutical and bio companies.
The signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of Medirama, and officials from both companies, including CEO Neona Nam Seok-woo and CEO of Medirama Moon Han-rim, attended.
